This year, the events are centred around Maple 15th Street, a special area where you can enjoy various events themed around past MapleStory updates and purchase every single past anniversary item!! Game Related In Find the Violetta with Makeup, you can now select an answer by clicking on Violetta’s image in addition to clicking on the bottom button. Fixed an error where if you changed maps while selecting an answer, it would be marked as wrong even if it was the correct answer. The reward for the Liberate the Equipment Parts quest has been changed from a Scroll For Shoes for Movement Speed/Jump to mesos. When using the Equipment Transfer system, the equipment crafter’s name will now be transferred. If you press Alt + Enter to switch to full screen or windowed mode, there is now a 5 second cooldown before you can switch again. If your inventory is full when you try to leave the Mu Lung Dojo Training Centre, you will now be able to leave without receiving a Charm for your remaining time. Due to changes to the Life Alchemy and the Missing Alchemist quest, you will no longer be able to receive Russellon’s Pills. Existing ones will be renamed to Old Russellon’s Pills. In Road of Vanishing, Erda’s Lanterns will no longer drop any items other than quest, event, and profession items. When crafting the Special Balrog Transformation Potion, the items required have been changed from Scroll for Shield for Defense/Scroll for Two-Handed Sword for Accuracy to Balrog’s Leather. A search function has been added to the Report system. The following errors have been fixed. Fixed an error where sometimes the incorrect BGM would be played in the Chaser maps. Reduced the chances that the client would terminate during Hekaton. Fixed an error where Polo & Fritto’s Bounty Hunting portal, Flame Wolf’s portal, Runes, and herbs/ore veins could overlap. Fixed an error where sometimes Cash weapon effects would not appear when Ark was in Looming Spectre mode. Fixed an error where Polo & Fritto’s Bounty Hunting would not give experience in certain maps. Fixed an error where non-Zero jobs would receive messages about acquiring WP. Fixed an error where you could receive Item Pot items from Pierre’s and Bloody Queen’s treasure boxes. Fixed an error where Normal Will’s boss party matching buff did not apply. Fixed an error where the V-Sync option did not apply when using windowed mode and the external chat window. Fixed an error where Beginner jobs could not talk to the NPC in Mu Lung to go to Golden Temple. Fixed an error where the potion locking monsters in Esfera did not give experience. Fixed an error where you could change your expressions while sitting in the Hashtag Chair/Hashtag Master Chair. Fixed an error where if your Hashtag Chair/Hashtag Master Chair had a pose other than standing, you would not recover HP and MP. The Hashtag Chair/Hashtag Master Chair have been changed to prevent the effects of Hero’s Combo Force, Dark Knight’s Reincarnation, and Paladin’s Blessed Hammer from being shown. Fixed an error where Ark’s weapon would be shown while sitting in chairs that did not show weapons. Fixed an error where the Green Leather Hat could not be registered in the Auction House. Fixed an error where crafting a Reverse Dragon equipment would cause a cooldown to apply. Fixed an error where the airship travel times between Ereb and 6 Paths Crossway did not match. Fixed an error where Aran’s Body Pressure could remove spider webs in Will’s 2nd phase. Fixed an error where the Rouge Control Mark would overlap with certain facial expressions. Fixed an error where you could sit in a chair in Normal/Chaos Pierre’s map. Fixed an error where you could use Rebirth Flames on the Pendant of the Spirit. Certain Sealed Boxes sold by the NPC Oko will now have all of their possible items displayed in the description. Fixed an error where the ‘We have Never Experienced Death’ achievement did not complete in a party of 5. Fixed an error where Hoduli did not drop Tiger Foot Stamps. Fixed an error where Kaisers who had used Final Figuration Colour Change Coupons or Mechanics who had changed the colour of their Metal Armor did not have the colour changes correctly reflected in the afterimage created by the Shadow Style effect. Skill Related The following changes have been made. Holy Magic Shell: after the shield has been activated, the regeneration cooldown time will now be displayed in the buff window. Chain Arts: Chase: Dark Sight effect’s duration has been decreased from 3 seconds to 2 seconds. The following errors have been fixed. Fixed an error where Suu’s anti-gravity skill would affect invincible characters. Fixed an error where Ready to Die could not be used while in Ultimate Dark Sight. Fixed an error where Hero’s Sword of Burning Soul was treated as a buff in certain situations. Fixed an error where you could use Erda Shower while in Dark Sight. Fixed an error where Archmage (F/P)’s Fervent Drain did not apply. Fixed an error where in certain maps, Archmage (F/P)’s Poison Mist would activate Fervent Drain’s effect when used in places without monsters. Maple 15th Street is open to characters level 61 or higher. You can enter through portals in Henesys, Leafre, Nameless Town, or through a quest in the 15th Street icon. Through events in Maple 15th Street, you can collect 15th Street Points. Every time you reach 100 15th Street Points, they will automatically be converted into 1 15th Street Coin. You can acquire up to 20,000 points per day (200 coins). BIG BANG Store The BIG BANG Store is the 15th anniversary coin shop! You can talk to the Yeti outside the BIG BANG Store on 15th Street to spend your 15th Street Coins and purchase items from various events. The Strange Additional Cube is a new item that allows you to reset your item’s additional potential. It can only be used on items with Rare rank additional potential and cannot rank up. The 15th Anniversary Packages give 15 of the corresponding items. The Club V Dance Chairs are special, they’re sold for mesos instead of 15th Street Coins. You can purchase them and use them in the V Club to gain 15th Street Points while afking. The more expensive ones give more points. LEGEND Tower 62 At the top of LEGEND Tower 62, there’s a maple tree that shoots out 1 Maple Leaf every 5 minutes (up to 72 can be stacked at one time). You can loot them to gain Honour. These leaves can only be seen by your character so you don’t have to worry about it being crowded! JUSTICE Fitness Inside the JUSTICE Fitness gym, you’ll automatically gain experience based on your level every 10 seconds. You can only enter if you are level 105 or higher. You can only get experience for a total of 8 hours per day. TEMPEST Arcade In the TEMPEST Arcade, you can play some minigames to earn 15th Street Points! The minigames include: Maple One Card Maple Marble Battle Reverse Fight! Return of the Legends Based on the results of the game, you’ll receive a certain number of 15th Street Points! Restaurant RED In Restaurant RED, you can enjoy dishes prepared by Tangyoon! These dishes are all special in that they instantly level you up! You can pay him using 15th Street Coins. There are three kinds of dishes, they each work for a different level range and each of them have a separate limit. The limits are shared through all the characters in the same world and reset every week. Revolution Steak – can be used by characters level 100~199 (50 coins) [limit of 1 per week] Evolution Sushi – can be used by characters level 100~179 (30 coins) [limit of 1 per week] Delight Dim Sum – can be used by characters level 100~159 (10 coins) [limit of 3 per week] You can also prepare dishes by yourself! When hunting monsters around your level, there is a chance for 3 types of food monsters to spawn. Killing 10 of each of them gives you different rewards based on the type. Revolution Steak: experience based on your level Evolution Sushi: mesos Delight Dim Sum: 15th Street Points You can complete each type of dish 20 times per day, and you’ll get additional rewards every 10th and 20th of the dish you make. Cafe U&I Cafe YOU&I is a place for you to hang out with your guild members! If you enter the cafe in a party with 3 or more of your guild members, you’ll all receive a 2x Experience Coupon (30 minutes) once per day. MIB Mega Burning While not technically part of 15th Street, I’ll include this one here because I like everything being in order. The MIB Mega Burning event will run from April 26 to May 23. When you create a new character during this event, you can choose to make them a Mega Burning character! Note that you can only do this once per world per Maple ID. Characters can only become Mega Burning characters when they are created. You cannot change your Mega Burning character but if you delete it, you can make another one. The main benefit of a Mega Burning character is the ability to gain two extra levels per level up. This effect will take place until level 130! You’ll also receive the Keep on Burning title which gives 10 all stats, 10 attack/magic attack, 10% boss damage, 10% defense ignore, and 400 HP/MP. The title can only be equipped after reaching level 130 and its stats will expire in 14 days. At level 100, you’ll receive the Legendary Secret Box which when opened will reward you with 2 Mastery Book 20’s, 2 Mastery Book 30’s, and a full Black set. At level 30, you’ll receive the Level 30 Equipment Box which is self-explanatory. Finally, when your Mega Burning character is created, it will receive a Snail pet that has 5 hours of magic. It comes with meso loot, item loot, auto loot, and auto HP/MP. You cannot use the Water of Life on it. Club V Club V also has two parts to it. The first is a club that you can enter at any time, with the V update’s dubstep BGM in the background haha. Here, you can sit in the Club V Dance Chairs from the BIG BANG Store to get 15th Street Points every few seconds. The second part is the minigame Dance Battle V! You can talk to Wave outside the club to begin. In this minigame, you must watch Fritto (apparently an Elvis impersonator) perform various dance moves. After he’s done, you have to use the arrow keys to perform the same moves that he did, in the same order. There are two parts of this event. The first is helping out the store with its PR! While hunting monsters around your level, you can get BEYOND Fashion Coupons. When you loot one, you’ll get a random previous anniversary equipment and 500 15th Street Points. You can get up to 40 coupons per day. If you have reached your daily points limit, you will only receive the anniversary item when you loot one. As you acquire more BEYOND Fashion Coupons, you’ll unlock additional stores in BEYOND Fashion. When you get 100 coupons, you’ll unlock the 10~12th Fashion shop and when you get 200 coupons, you’ll unlock the Special Fashion shop. You can spend your 15th Street Coins at the various shops in BEYOND Fashion. None of the items have purchase limits so you can buy as much as you want! In addition, Pam has been able to contact an alien from another planet! You can use the spaceship inside the planetarium to travel to Planet Ice Cold’s Frozen Rink, a special hunting ground where: Up to 10 users can enter and hunt on the same map. Frozen Rink’s monsters belong to individual users, so you can only see and hunt your own monsters. You can acquire an additional 120% experience bonus when hunting monsters in Frozen Rink. Inside Frozen Rink, all characters in the map will automatically share party buff skills with each other without having to be in the same party. By consuming 5 15th Street Coins, you can charge up 500 monsters to spawn, which you can hunt until they’re all gone. You can charge up a certain number of monsters per day based on your level. ARK Museum Inside the ARK Museum, you’ll receive 2 personality trait experience every 10 seconds. There are 6 different areas and each will give you a different personality trait. You can acquire up to 500 experience for each trait per day. 15th Street Celebrity The 15th Street Celebrity event is motivation to participate in all of the other events on 15th Street. At the beginning of the event, you’ll receive the Come to 15th Street! title. You can create a Pink Bean character during this event by talking to Pink Bean outside the CHAOS Pink Bean Theatre on 15th Street on another character. Pink Bean can be created and played until June 20. Pink Bean can wear warrior equipment and its main stat is STR. You learn skills at certain levels and your damage and stats will increase based on your current level. You cannot choose your gender, hair colour, or basic equipment when creating Pink Bean. The following restrictions will occur while playing on it: All Pink Bean characters will be deleted after June 20. Pink Beans cannot trade with other characters. This includes regular trading, storage, hired merchants, Maple Auction, or the Meso Market. Other characters will also be unable to see any items dropped by Pink Beans. You cannot enter the Cash Shop. You can accumulate Mileage but you cannot ‘settle’ it. To ‘settle’ your Mileage (this is the thing with the annoying 10 at a time limit), you need to login to another character and enter the Cash Shop. If you party with other jobs, you will not receive party experience. You will receive party experience if you party with other Pink Beans however.
